The rental price depends which studio :
  water- warm water costs  20€ monthly / person 
                              
Apart of the rent  the electricity costs  by meter  

The tenant buys  the cooking gas  refill if necessary

- CHECK OUT day  cleaning cost is not included 
- Agent- paperwork  : total  95 € covers check in and  check out ( balance calculations )  on mon-fri daytime-afternoon/bank tranfer ( other than normal bank charge of the transfer  ( our bank : now 3 € )  will  be apart  ) .  
 - GUARANTEE DEPOSIT 1 month  or  depends of the  contracts length and payment mode 

For a contract : a valid SOLVENCY PROOF is  necessary 

This guarantee deposit  is returned  by bank transfer / in cash , minus electricity and cleaning costs    AFTER  getting back the keys and checking the studio 

To make a RESERVATION   ; forward  350 e   this   is deducted of the first rental   payment 

ARRIVAL : Only by previously agreed  appointment

The building has already a few dogs , so please do not bring more dogs.
